Brass & Bronze Wire Production - Melting and alloying
ALLOY WIRE
Upward vertical continuous casting technology is available for processing conductivity copper alloys, zinc and brass/bronze alloy wire rods. Conductivity alloy machines feature integrated melting casting, automated alloy dosing with cathode feed. Brass/bronze alloy machines require to be fed with pre alloyed liquid metal from a separate melting furnace.
