Nick Gibson

Nick joined Rautomead in 2018 as a Commissioning Engineer, progressing later to Project Engineer before reaching his current role as Technical Services Team Leader. Nick has established an array of experience and technical skills during his career at Rautomead and is the main point of contact for customers' technical enquiries.

Mervyn Cooper

Mervyn joined Rautomead in 1984 and worked as a Commissioning Engineer and Project Manager before being appointed as factory Manager and Head of R&D. He has recently changed to Innovation Manager to give more focus to this side of the business.

Ryan joined Rautomead in April 2025 as Operations Manager. He is focused on strengthening operational excellence, supporting Rautomead's commitment to quality and customer service.

Jan joined Rautomead in 1983 and has worked in a variety of administrative roles throughout her career. The recent move to her current role as Chief of Staff is acknowledgement of her excellent organisational and leadership skills, helping to manage key projects across the various departments within the company.

Lorraine joined Rautomead in October 2025 as Head of Finance where she overseas financial strategy and company-wide initiatives. With over 13 years of financial experience, she specialises in aligning financial planning with operational objectives.
